Florian Schimanski is a graphic designer and web developer based in Berlin. In his practice he designs books, websites, visual identities and exhibitions for comissioners in the fields of art, culture and education. He takes a conceptional and systematic approach to his work with a strong focus on typography. As a developer he specializes in front- and back-end development for fully custom, accessible websites. In addition he also makes typefaces and is co-founder of the typefoundry Typocopter.
